Under NC General Statute 55B – The Professional Corporation Act, every corporation or LLC offering landscape architecture services in North Carolina must be separately licensed. Use this application only if you intend to establish a new corporate entity.

If you are already employed by a licensed landscape architecture firm, you do not need to complete this application. Your individual license remains valid regardless of whether you are associated with a licensed firm or a professional corporation.
